Harvey West Park

300 Evergreen St., Santa Cruz The play structures here are pretty good. There are a lot of things to do here: a big train a public pool and it makes for a pretty walk I find this park kinda chilly...often in shade.

Great park! Also has a trail in to the redwoods!

Nice park with a lot of space to run around. The trail into the forest is pretty. They also have indoors spaces available to rent for events. Contact the parks and rec center.

Nice play area for the big kids and a smaller gated area for the littles. I have really enjoyed all of my visits here but bring sun block. There is no shade on the play area it is on the hill above shading the train.

This is a great park but sometimes little kids can get lost up on the trails and get posion oak. And there no shade in the play area plus you have to rent the pinic tables and sometimes you may not get the ones you what. Other then that there a trail, a playground, train, pool, a area to walk your dog, run, ride bikes, and play.
