My thoughts:
Meder Street, Santa Cruz
This is a very nice park.
Tons to do, and a lot of space to run around.
Dogs run free here, so be warned.
Others comments:
Nice park but no bathrooms and no shade. Meder street isn't a busy street but you still need to worry about how close it is to the street.
